New housemates

There are two new residents at my house. You'd think it would make things a little crowded, but I think they're going to fit right in. Sharon is excited about meeting them, but they're a little stressed from the move so they've been hiding upstairs. They're a pair of zebra finches purchased by me at what would be a dirt cheap price in Canada. They live all over the country, except right along the coast, so they're nothing special over here, unless of course you come from Canada and desperately want a pet to keep you happy and give you company, and you're not allowed to have a cat in the house. For a grand total of AU$29, the house now holds a cage, two zebra finches, and what seems to me to be enough food to last a good while(but they might eat a lot...). And I'm really really happy.
